Referrals & Verification

We work with attorneys, courts, and supervising agencies to provide reliable program participation and completion verification.

  • Proof of Enrollment letters available upon request

  • Completion Certificates issued after full program completion

  • Verification provided to authorized parties when appropriate

  • Participants are responsible for submitting documentation unless otherwise arranged

Class Schedule & Access

Program schedules are provided after enrollment is finalized.

  • Classes are offered on a rotating schedule

  • Virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom

  • Access details are provided prior to the first session

  • Participants must be prepared and on time

Program Policies

Participants can view Rules & Policies in the footer and copy provided during orientation.

  • Attendance is mandatory for all sessions

  • Participants must arrive on time; late entry may be denied

  • Three tardies equal one absence

  • Missed classes may require a rescheduling fee

  • Disruptive or Disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

  • Certificates are issued only after full completion of all requirements

Certificates and Letter of Completion are issued upon successful program completion and full compliance with attendance, participation requirements, final evaluation, and exit assignment.

  • No. Enrollment is only confirmed after acceptance, payment, and execution of the Client Service Agreement.

  • You will receive an email with your application status and next steps.

  • Missed classes may require a rescheduling fee. Our programs operate on a structured rotating curriculum. Each session focuses on our 4 core (4-week intervals) principles. Accountability, Integrity, Resolution, and Excellence. Participants must complete all the principles throughout enrollment.
