Structured Rotational Behavioral Education Model

Our program operates on a structured rotating curriculum.
Each session focuses on one of four core principles:

Accountability, Integrity, Resolution, and Excellence.

Participants may enter at any time and will receive a complete educational experience regardless of their starting point.

This 8-week or 16-week program ensures participants engage with each core principle multiple times through structured, guided sessions.

Each session is instructor-led and includes:

  • Behavioral analysis and education

  • Consequence awareness and impact discussion

  • Decision-making frameworks

  • Real-world application exercises

Learning Objectives

Participants will:

  • Understand the legal, financial, and personal consequences of theft

  • Develop accountability for actions and choices

  • Strengthen ethical decision-making skills

  • Learn strategies to prevent repeat behavior

  • Improve impulse control and judgment

  • Build a foundation for responsible behavior moving forward

Court Acceptance

This program is designed for:

  • Court-mandated theft or shoplifting cases

  • Diversion program requirements

  • Attorney-recommended participation

Certificates and Letter of Completion are issued upon successful program completion and full compliance with attendance, participation requirements, final evaluation, and exit assignment.
