Krú Noir Diversion Solutions provides a psycho-educational Shoplifting & Theft Prevention Program designed to address the underlying behaviors, thought patterns, and decision-making processes associated with theft-related offenses.
This program focuses on accountability, behavioral correction, and long-term prevention strategies, helping participants understand the real impact of their actions while developing ethical decision-making skills.

Structured Rotational Behavioral Education Model
Our program operates on a structured rotating curriculum.
Each session focuses on one of four core principles:
Accountability, Integrity, Resolution, and Excellence.
Participants may enter at any time and will receive a complete educational experience regardless of their starting point.
This 8-week or 16-week program ensures participants engage with each core principle multiple times through structured, guided sessions.
Each session is instructor-led and includes:
Behavioral analysis and education
Consequence awareness and impact discussion
Decision-making frameworks
Real-world application exercises
Learning Objectives
Participants will:
Understand the legal, financial, and personal consequences of theft
Develop accountability for actions and choices
Strengthen ethical decision-making skills
Learn strategies to prevent repeat behavior

Court Acceptance
This program is designed for:
Court-mandated theft or shoplifting cases
Diversion program requirements
Attorney-recommended participation
Certificates and Letter of Completion are issued upon successful program completion and full compliance with attendance, participation requirements, final evaluation, and exit assignment.
