Structured Rotational Behavioral Education Model

Our program operates on a structured rotating curriculum.
Each session focuses on one of four core principles:

Accountability, Integrity, Resolution, and Excellence.

Participants may enter at any time and will receive a complete educational experience regardless of their starting point.

This 8-week or 16-week program ensures participants engage with each core principle multiple times through structured, guided sessions.

Each session is instructor-led and includes:

  • Consequence awareness and impact discussion

  • Decision-making frameworks

  • Real-world application exercises
